His so-called way of working and the zoological hypothesis of deep-sea dwelling animals to be larger than their shallower water relatives. This hypothetically also applies to the depths of the psyche. Out of a body, a face, or a certain nothing grow unconscious, surreal dream- or nightmare landscapes, organic structures, animals and monsters, finding their ways into the world of our consciousness. This creates two completely different perceptions, which break up the beholder’s preconceived patterns of dealing with daily life.
